Galway’s next football manager: Contenders to replace Kevin Walsh

Kevin Walsh’s departure as manager of this Galway footballers has left an exciting vacancy, without the lack of names linked to the position.
Together with all the county’s minors reaching All-Ireland Founded in the previous two decades, the U21 and U20 sides picking up Connacht titles in 2017 and 2019 respectively, and Corofin winning three of their previous five All-Ireland club names, there are definitely promising signs in the west.

In addition to Joyce, Divilly is also believed to be one of the early front-runners for its job.
A selector beneath Rochford in Corofin for its 2015 victory , took charge to lead the side-by-side titles in 2019 and 2018. They have done so making their best soccer at Croke Park, beating Dr Crokes and Nemo Rangers by a combined 27 points.
Soccer circles may be appealed to by the style where Corofin have gone to their business.
Cunningham would be an outside bet but certainly gets the experience. The Tribe hurling manager brought immediate success with a commendable Super revealing along with a Connacht name, and took the Roscommon footballers on this past year.
Cunningham could become one of the couple to manage a county in the football and hurling, using all Pat Gilroy and Se??n Boylan being additional examples, although it’s not unprecedented.
