Harvey Elliott became the youngest player to begin a competitive game for the Reds in 16 decades and 174 days old and double hit the crossbar, but it had been evergreen Milner that Klopp picked out as their key performer.
“This guy is on fire,” Klopp responded when asked regarding the 33-year-old’s contribution.
“This is the way that it is, it is good. It will help a lot and he is a real role model for players. If we could play each day he would be like this each day – .
“The group had a lack of knowledge and a lack of the participant with the most experience and rhythm has been the best player .
“We’re here to win the match, no other reason, so that I am quite happy we went , that’s cool.”

“Sixteen years old and this sort of footballer, it’s very great for us,” additional Klopp.
“[He’s ] a brilliant boy, chooses the situation very well, desires to understand and he can always be a particular player in minutes but his general game that’s really, really good.
“He was somewhat unfortunate otherwise he would have played, he is a good player but all of them are good.
“We haven’t any poor young players and that’s why it’s important we could provide these games and try to continue in this way.”
