Newport County’s Ryan Inniss given five-game ban for biting

For biting, newport County defender Ryan Inniss was handed a five-match ban from the FA.
Inniss was sent off County lost 5-4 to West Ham U21s September 4, on Wednesday and also was charged in an EFL Trophy match which.
The 6ft, on loan from Crystal Palace, has been dismissed late to the incident which included Hammers left-back Reece Hannam.
An FA statement read:”Ryan Inniss has announced that a violation and been immediately suspended for his following five first-team competitive matches by an independent Regulatory Commission.
“The typical three-match ban which would normally use was obviously insufficient.”
Speaking immediately after the game, County boss Michael Flynn confessed he couldn’t shield the loanee.
He explained:”Their participant said he got humiliated, so I’ll take a look at this and find out exactly what happened.
“When he has bitten himit’s inexcusable and that I won’t be fighting his corner.”
The 24-year-old, that has captained the book side of Palace and is currently away from Selhurst Park, will miss the matches from Macclesfield Northampton, Exeter, Swindon and Carlisle of Newport.
